This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("you") and [CINAQO FZ LLC] ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of the CINAQO mobile application, including any updates and related documentation (the "App").

By tapping "I Agree" (or a similar button) in the App, installing, or using the App, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

This EULA is accepted electronically. No handwritten signature is required.

If you downloaded the App from Apple App Store or Google Play (each, an "App Store"), your use of the App is also subject to that App Store's terms. If there is a conflict between this EULA and the App Store terms about the App's use, the App Store terms will govern to the extent of the conflict.

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use (unless we expressly allow otherwise).

You agree not to (and not to allow others to):

o  Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law.

o  Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

o  Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party.

o  Remove, alter, or obscure proprietary notices in the App.

o  Use the App in any manner that violates law, infringes rights, or violates our Terms and Conditions.

The App is licensed, not sold. The Company and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. Except for the license granted in this EULA, no rights are granted to you.

We may provide updates, upgrades, or patches from time to time. You may need to install updates to continue using the App. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, subject to applicable law.

The App may integrate with or include third-party software, services, or materials (including open-source components). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. The Company is not responsible for third-party services.

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. The Privacy Policy is available in the App or at the location provided by the Company.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, the Company's total liability will be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the App in the [3/6/12]-month period immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the App.

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:

o  Apple is not a party to this EULA and does not own the App.

o  Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.

o  In the event of the App's failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price for the App (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation.

o  Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property infringement claims.

o  You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and you are not listed on any U.S. Government prohibited or restricted party list.

o  Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.

If you downloaded the App from Google Play, Google is not a party to this EULA and does not provide warranties or support beyond what is required by Google Play policies.

You agree to comply with applicable export control and economic sanctions laws. You may not use or export the App in violation of such laws.

This EULA is governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], excluding conflict of law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
