These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CINAQO mobile application and related services (the "Service"), provided by [CINAQO FZ LLC] ("Company", "we", "us").

By tapping "I Agree" (or a similar button) in the App, creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, tap "Decline" (if available) and do not use the Service.

Your electronic acceptance is the legal equivalent of your handwritten signature. We may record the date/time of acceptance and the version of these Terms for compliance and support purposes.

You must be at least [AGE] years old to use the Service, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that entity's behalf.

o  You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless caused by our breach.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use (unless we expressly allow otherwise).

You agree not to:

o  Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

o  Upload, post, or share content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

o  Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

o  Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

o  Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by introducing malware or attempting to bypass security measures.

o  Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission.

o  Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

If the Service allows you to submit, upload, or share content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your User Content. However, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content as necessary to operate, provide, and improve the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

We may remove or restrict access to User Content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content provided by the Company (excluding User Content), is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

If the Service offers paid features, purchases and subscriptions may be processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized payment provider. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and available features will be displayed at the point of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store/Google Play account settings or as otherwise described in the Service.

Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the applicable app store or payment provider, unless local law requires otherwise.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, analytics providers, payment processors, or social platforms). Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, the Company's total liability will be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the Service in the [3/6/12]-month period immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content (if applicable), or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share information.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Upon termination, the license granted to you ends and you must stop using the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions).

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], excluding conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of [VENUE], unless applicable law requires a different process.
